Marsden Park

Our clients at Marsden Park entrusted us with completing the entire landscaping works for their newly built home which were split across two stages.

Stage 1 included the backyard as well as the main side of the house which were transformed with high quality synthetic grass, pavers area to compliment the alfresco as well as pavers and pebbles leading up to the side gate.

Stage 2 included pavers and pebble walkway to the opposite side of the house using concrete pavers. Textured porcelain were utilised in front of the main door and the rest of the front area was turfed with natural buffalo turf.

The key project deliverables include:

• Completion of 250 SQM of outdoor space across 4 working days.
• Removal & disposal of 25m3 of soil.
• Install 60 concrete pavers.
• Supply & lay 5 tonnes of pebbles.
• Lay & grade 17 tonnes of base to act as new foundation for the synthetic grass.
• Supply & install 100m2 of premium Australian made synthetic grass.
• Install 2.5 tonne of dry kiln sand infill.
• Supply & install 40m2 of natural buffalo turf.
