This project offered our client a full construction outdoor living space solution. The scope included demolition works, and rip up of the existing natural grass of 120m2. Our team then established the new foundation including drainage to prep the area for the new synthetic grass surface. The project was finalised with the installation of premium synthetic grass and sand infill.

The key project deliverables include:

• Removal & disposal of 15m3 of soil.
• Install 50m of new timber pine garden edging.
• Lay & grade 20 tonnes of base to act as new foundation for the synthetic grass.
• Supply & install 120m2 of premium Australian made synthetic grass.
• Install 3 tonne of dry kiln sand infill.
