This project involved a reconstruction of existing backyard layout for an entire duplex home. The project involved the excavation and removal of existing soil, base preparation, extension of concrete space, supply and installation of premium synthetic grass – including drainage cell solution to enhance the drainage performance of the yard.

The key project deliverables include:

• Completion of 260 SQM of outdoor space across 5 working days.
• Construct temporary access using track mats outside the property.
• Excavation, removal & disposal of 40m3 of soil.
• Install 50 sandstone pavers.
• Construct 80m2 of concrete pavement.
• Lay & grade 30 tonnes of base to act as new foundation for the synthetic grass.
• Install 180m2 of 30mm drainage cell as well as geofabric membrane.
• Supply & install 180m2 of premium Australian made dog friendly synthetic grass.
• Install 5 tonne of pet fill.
• Supply & install pergola.
• Paint 200m2 of concrete pavement including existing and new.
